The legendary Gunung Ledang is closed by. This is a very small town at the South of West M'sia.

Our place is among the ordinary Taman houses in the rainforest tropic.
It is at a very peaceful and quiet corner in this world,
which is a good place to lay down in the garden at night, watch the stars , sometimes the moon dancing with clouds .

Products
'Mama' is our starter , we name her with this dear nickname for her giver nature, which keep oozing greatness from the air. Every sourdoughs originate from 'Mama' has their unique characteristic which grow in different time and wheather of the day.

Following the traditional ancient bread making method, we have long-slow fermentation period, usually 2-3 days before baking.
​
We wish to make authentic basic food that is beneficial to health and wellness. We believed the greatest bliss in life is being healthy and free.
​
There are no additive/preservative/unnatural in our bread.
